This is a 6 week course, to introduce the range of how sound can be used in a very practical way, for the daily challenges we face. A different topic is covered in each of the 6 weeks:Week 1 – Switching Off: Relaxing the Mind and Body
Week 2 – Core Focus: The Laughter of the Belly
Week 3 – Getting to the Heart of It
Week 4 – Sounding through Anger and Fear
Week 5 – Nourishing the Body
Week 6 – Switching On: Energising the Mind and Body
Each class lasts for 2 hours, each week.
This is suitable for you if:
•You have a curiosity about sound and want to find out how it can become a very practical tool to use
•You are interested in learning mantras which will have a direct effect on your body
•You would like to become incredibly efficient and resourceful at managing the energy of your mind, your emotions and your body.
