Sound Training 6 Week Programme
Do you want to expand the capacity of your voice? Could you do with some simple tools to access the full energy you need to communicate? Sound Tools is a 6 week introduction to how you can use the power of sound to help you in performance. We work with chant, mantra, mudra, sound exercises and physical exercises. This programme reveals the incredible practicality that working with sound can offer, to the challenges of creative performance.
If our minds are easily distracted, we cannot function optimally. If our emotions are not fully accessible, we miss out on a huge resource that can give warmth and resonance to our expression. If we are constantly giving out, without putting anything back in, we can find ourselves quickly depleted and running on empty.

Week 4: Sounding Through Anger & Fear
• Get connected to the fuel of fear and anger and enjoy it as a resource

Week 5: Nourishing the Body
• Discover how to deeply nurture yourself by really receiving sound
• Work with specific mantras for organs of your body and experience their effect
• Learn to enjoy stopping and understand what can deeply restore your body’s natural energy
Week 6: Switching On: Energising the mind & body
• Experience the sound practice that will recharge your batteries and stop you getting burnt out
• Learn how to accelerate your energy through sound, so you can switch on quickly when you need to
